Leonor
Leonor has Coffin-Siris Syndrome which is a genetic syndrome that affects her motor skills, cognitive thinking, communication, memory, muscle tone, bones, joints and speech. Although Leonor cannot speak she can understand most things and RDB have been working with her on her colours and animals.
Since Leonor started riding at RDB her posture has increased greatly, she has much better core control and is walking better with aid.
Leonor is so chilled out at the end of her sessions that she often falls asleep lying on Boli!

Gustavo
Gustavo no longer rides with RDB as he has grown out of the ponies, but he benefitted from sessions for many years. Gustavo became paralysed after an accident and had lost the use of his legs and arms. Over time and many sessions Gustavo regained the use of his arms and delighted in showing everyone how he could ride and hold his arms out.
